Community Blood Drive

On September 1, there will be a community blood drive located at the high school, all individuals 18 and older are welcome to come and save a life.

The drive will last from 2:30-5:00 behind the gym lobby. No appointment is necessary, but you must have a valid identification (I.D.) to donate.

Health professionals encourage you to have eaten before donating, and be prepared to stay a few minutes after donating.

There are a variety of reasons to donate blood besides helping others, and according to TIME magazine you could even live longer if you do so.
