I choose to take journalism this year because I wanted to be more involved in the school news, and it sounded fun to write out real news stories. I also wanted to improve my writing and grammar skills for future high school and college classes. 

A little bit about me is that this is only my second year in the school district, and I have five younger siblings. I want to graduate college with a degree in nursing and work in a children’s hospital. My favorite place to be is at the beach and my favorite thing to do is hang out with my family and friends.
